Raspberry Goat Whey Protein Shake

Goat Whey Protein. Interest piqued?

I picked this gem up at the Co op recently (I believe in rotating through protein powders and supplements often) and I am over-the-moon pleased with the results!! I discovered a totally fresh taste. A smooth, creamy shake, that tastes like I added goat kefir or yogurt-- with twice the protein isolated. Goat whey protein is much more easily absorbed that cow whey. The health benefits of goat products are much higher than that of mass-produced cow whey. To name a few...

Benefits of Goat Milk

  • There aren't currently any hormones on the market to enhance the production of milk in goats, so all goat products are hormone free
  • The chemical structure of goat milk is comparable to that of human mother's milk, so the proteins and amino acids are easily digested and less allergenic than cow's milk
  • Anti-mucousal and anti-inflammatory
  • Rarely causes lactose intolerance
